Exercise stopped being just a routine: it became my refuge, my way of healing and finding myself. While studying in college, I decided to pursue another of my passions: psychology. I graduated with the firm desire to understand the human mind and help other women feel strong inside and out. Over time, my love for training grew. I became certified as a personal trainer and then as a nutritional coach, and that's when I understood my purpose: to transform lives holistically. Not just the body, but also the mind, habits, and self-esteem. Thus, Lift was born.

My own transformation
Before starting my transformation journey, I felt insecure about my body, especially my glutes. Cellulite and a lack of shape affected my confidence.
With perseverance, smart training, and mental work, I managed to grow my glutes, reduce my cellulite, and, most importantly, I fell in love with my process. Today I want to share that knowledge with you and help you achieve the same: a version of yourself that makes you feel strong, free, and proud.
